WEBCAST VIEWING TIPS

For the best viewing experience, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are on a wired internet connection, not on Wifi or any other wireless device.
  2. Turn off any screen savers, IM clients, backups, Time Machine, or anything else running in the background on your computer that will interrupt the live stream.
  3. In order to secure the live stream, we require Flash. Therefore you will not be able to watch on your iPad or iPhone. You can, however, watch on Android devices with sufficient bandwidth.
  4. For the best picture quality, we recommend connecting your Mac or PC to a large screen HDTV via HDMI. Many desktop and laptop computers already have HDMI ports, and there are many third party interfaces available.
  5. Ensure that no one else on your home network is running any bandwidth-intensive applications like games, video chat, Skype, etc.
  6. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the shows!
